SUMMARY
If I select an existing category and do right click - select New category...,
the new category is going to be added on the top level, i.e. the hierarchy tab
of the Create a new Category window the existing category is not pre-selected
as the parent account (category).
OBSERVED RESULT
No category is pre-selected in the hierarchy tab.
EXPECTED RESULT
I'd prefer the existing category being pre-selected in the hierarchy tab. If
the user doesn't select an existing category for the right click, the existing
behavior can stay unchanged.
