No. Since it is a more general project (available for more than one 
application) it might be well suited under the Alkimia umbrella. In that sense, 
we do have a more general - non application specific - mailing list. See 
https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-finance-apps[1] for more infos. There 
are currently 35 subscribers (not a lot) and before using it, I would ask you 
do interrogate them as well if they have any objections.
