SUMMARY
Changing shortcuts is not persisted, must be re-applied on each app start.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Menu: Settings > Configure Shortcuts...
2. Make change, e.g. I removed duplicate entry: KMyMoney > Copy > Alternate >
Ctrl+Ins (which also exists for 'New'; so getting an error when using this
shortcut)
3. Save & restart KMM
OBSERVED RESULT
Default shortcuts are available again, customization is gone
EXPECTED RESULT
Custom shortcuts persisted
