These changes should actually be done by KMyMoney when opening the database. Don't know, why this is not working. The updates for version 9 and above are what is missing. Can you please export the table kmmFileInfo with data and send it to my private e-mail address? Its contents does not contain any sensible data but is important for the control of the update process.
