STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a category with a different currency then your ledger.
2. Create an entry in the ledger with that category, with some amount.
3. Try to save.
OBSERVED RESULT
In the exchange rate editor that pops up, the no amount is filled in. It's also
not possible to enter the correct amount, and key presses on comma or dot is
ignored, and and any value you type into the calculator is thrown away when you
try to accept.
EXPECTED RESULT
The converted amount should be filled in.
