In case you compiled master from source (and I assume a current state of 
master) your installation is not correct. Seems that it finds some plugins 
installed by a previous version but not the ones that are created with current 
master. Try to run the following command and provide us with the output:

  find /usr -name qifexporter.so

I would not be surprised if two locations are reported. Then you can search for

  find /usr -name xmlstorage.so

which I expect (if found) to be installed in the wrong location (where KDE libs 
don't search for it).

Please see attached screenshot how this looks like. The amount may vary 
depending on the configuration of your system. But cmake will tell you what you 
should expect in this list.
