I don't recognize the other, so you might try changing your icon theme to see what a different theme shows, but it looks like it might be a loan account. Are the ones that do show up all checking and/or savings accounts? What type of accounts are the ones that do not show up. However, loan accounts are not asset accounts, so I'm still a bit confused about the details. Can you create a reduces kmy file and ofx import file that demonstrates the problem?
