Price update is a different feature than transaction download. They have almost
nothing in common. The problem here is about transaction download.
As soon as we get information that a bank is not working anymore, we try to
find out how to solve the issue. We have made several changes since 4.8.0 in
that regard for several issues reported by users. I am not sure though, which
version is required on your end.
The best would be to consult the forum at
https://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=69 and check if there are specific
reports for the banks you use or ask for information about your specific case.
