I try to change it to other language, so I go to the menu Settings, I press "KDE Language Settings" and nothing happens. No new windos or dialog. Nothing. So I can't change the language because the language windows is not showing. However, looking for a way to log the issues, I've found another option to change languange in "Help" menu, "Switch Application". That one works ok, shows a dialog with a list of language.
