I was cleaning out old emails, and found an old discussion that the account
names in templates are not translated, and do not change when changing the
locale's language. Is that perhaps related to this issue? Is it that the top
level accounts ARE translated because they are part of the base system, but the
other accounts in a template are NOT translated?
