Currently, investment accounts can only contain securities, and any cash
balance must be kept in an associated brokerage account. In reality, most
investment companies use a single account for both cash and securities. There
have been several requests to the mailing list over the years for this, so I am
filing this wishlist just to assure it doesn't get lost.
