If broker doesn't list fees in investment statement at all, then user has to
generate fees manually in spreadsheet. If one knows fee rate, amount and
minimal fee it can be done automatically. Here is the implementation of it
which modifies investement page allowing user to give his fee rate and
calculate fees on the spot.
