OK, thanks. Now a supplementary question. When you do the import. is it to a solely '.' account, or a mixed one? What would be most helpful, to ensure I fix your problem and not some incidental one, would be for you to produce an anonymous minimal .xml file that demonstrates the issue, and also a copy of your CSV file, with anything sensitive disguised.
