If a transaction has no payee and note set, the Tags are not shown next to the
category.
The tags are shown correctly if the editor is opened.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a transaction without payee and memo
2. Finish editing
Expected Results:
Same behaviour as in the other cases: "Category (• Tag)"
