Currently you can schedule a transaction on the nxt or previous processing day.
Which means that regardless on what day the schedule is due (Saturday or
Sunday) the transaction is either entered on Friday or Monday. Would like to
request enhancement of NEAREST processing day, which means if it is due on
Saturday, it will be entered on Friday and when it is due on Sunday it will be
entered on Monday. This mimics the behaviour of my financial institutions.
