I have set-up a number of accounts belonging to an Institution, each account
contains one or more investments.
The Institutions screen shows a summary of all the accounts and the total value
of each account. However a couple of the accounts on the Institutions screen do
not contain all of the investments entered in the ledger, instead these
investments are listed individually directly under the institution.
This also means the total value displayed for these accounts is incorrect.

The investments "Baillie Gifford..." and "Henderson Uk..." are entered in the
ledger for the "Fidelity ISA Fee" account but here are displayed directly under
the Institution instead of in the account.
Note this only seems to affect a few investments and it is consistent in that
the same one are wrong all of the time, in most cases the investments are
included in the correct account.
Reproducible: Always
Expected Results:
Investments should be displayed under the account (ledger) to which they belong
and not directly under the Institution.
