(BUG 340656) CSV Importer - Fix display on high-definition displays. Fix
interaction between QTable and QWizard in same window? It was submitted
1 February. Christian David has already gone over it. As has been
said, it is a very large patch, but that's mainly because all the UIs
needed to be reworked, because the previous version was afflicted by
interaction between the wizard and the tablewidget.
