It seems that your data file (a gzipped xml file) was somehow corrupted. Please unzip the file using: $ zcat your_file.kmy > your_xml_file.xml and checkout it's contents, if it's missing you need to restore it from a backup. I can't really tell what went wrong based on the provided information.
