In the first report type "1. Income and Expenses " (<- my not be the correct
name since I can't run the kmymoney in English) a total row is printed in the
textual form.
However, in the bar plot the total bar doesn't exist.
I have one income and one expenses category which are related, and I'm
interested in the sum of both over time, thus a plot of a total bar would be
nice.
