Single PC running Windows 8.1 or Ubuntu 14.01.
KMyMoney is installed on both OS, but only the Windows one is affected by this
bug/problem.
Register page, the colum of Date and Balance are not wide enough, only shown 3
digits + 2 decimal. The colum wide could not be modified, the number font size
could not be modified to fit the whole number lenght.
This apply to full screen or windowed one
Reproducible: Always
