I've actually nearly finished my work on this, which seems satisfactory, testing up to 360DPI, although using this setting still needs some tweaking. KMM itself is getting a bit unwieldy at this point, too. I'll have a good look at your version, as it may be better than mine. Did you test on the following wizard pages, as I've needed to adjust them, too.
