Question: as investment transactions normally don't have a Payee
specified, might it be considered a bug that the import created one?
There are mentions of Payee in the OFX importer, but there is also a note -
"
// But we only create a payee for non-investment transactions (ipwizard)"
The QIF spec. has - "P" first line text for transfers/reminders
in the investment section.
