When recording transactions it is sometimes necessary to save the transaction
with an amount of zero. $0.00 The last version allowed this, This version does
not. The last version I used was version 4.6.4.
Example: you want to keep records of prescriptions so you enter in a split
transaction, but the cost is offset by insurance coverage. - Record $5.00 as
spend, Record $5.00 as received from insurance company.
Program will not allow to save transaction.
Reproducible: Always
