Some downloads contain transactions for $0.00 (Discover Card almost always does
this). This causes KMM to create a new payee (usually the payee field is some
dumb message) which nees to be cleaned up as well as a ledger entry that is
total nonsense. This is a request for an option to ignore downloaded
transactions for $0.00.
