The CSV importer on Windows is still broken. That's why I've created
[1] in the first place.
I think you need to do this to fix it but the other problems described
in the review request remain:
m_wizard->setWizardStyle(QWizard::ClassicStyle);

I was in the process of writing to you on this.
That reviewboard entry is very much in hand, but taking far longer than
I expected. The difficulty centered on layout variations on different
distros and Windows, but I've also tried to simplify the logic in a few
places. I'm in the process of testing on a Ubuntu system with a
different window profile, and am hoping to complete fairly soon.
I've been using m_wizard->setWizardStyle(QWizard::ClassicStyle) for some
while now.
