At this point, I would suggest filing a bug against the Debian package. Also, you might try uninstalling and then reinstalling. (Personally, I have never found this to help, but it gets suggested often enough, it couldn't hurt to try.) Beyond that, we'll have to wait for one of the developers to comment.
