When a transaction is deleted in the ledger, the window scrolls to the bottom
instead of remaining at the current location.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete a transaction in the ledger.
Actual Results:
Ledger displays last transaction.
Expected Results:
The transaction displayed at the top of the window should continue to be
displayed at the top of the window.
