Master works the way I indicated - that is a Brokerage account is created
during import only if no transfer account name is provided. That is, there is
an 'X' suffix (eg., BuyX) and either no 'L' record or an empty one, ('L[]') or
('L').
The code in 4.6.x didn't check if the transaction referenced a transfer
account, but automatically created a Brokerage account, and others, even if not
wanted.
