My first thought was that, it being 2014, Quicken would have introduced a new, money generating, version, and ceased support for an earlier one. Just found this, from last year - "On April 30, of each year, Quicken discontinues its support for any of its versions more than 2 years old. As of April 30, 2013, Quicken will no longer support Quicken 2010". By implication, perhaps Quicken 2011 support has been dropped, but a later one should be OK. What is available in your KMM version, of what? By that I meant, also what KMM version do you have?
