It appears backup doesn't work on windows
When I select backup from the file menu I am given the choice of where to
save the file.
Selecting a location results in a progress bar stuck at 16% and the status
text saying it is busy writing
Once you start this you can only exit kmymoney by killing the task.
kmymoney attempts to use 'cp' to copy the file, but cp is not available and
therefore it fails. unfortunately there is no indication of the problem and
as stated no way out except to kill kmymoney
