Are you still talking about CSV import for the importing? If so, is your remoteAccountNumber in a separate column? If this is the case, have you tried specifying that column as the payee/detail? Our main developers at the moment are beset by work-work, so extra help is always very welcome. You can get the latest source from git via git clone git://anongit.kde.org/kmymoney (creates a kmymoney folder under your Git folder.), once you get yourself a login Id.
