Looks like we (fedora) is missing a dependency on kde-runtime. Try,
yum install kde-runtime

I got an off-list message from the OP that he had solved his problem by
changing language from Portuguese-Brasil-Native to Portuguese-Brasil.
I have no idea how this might be related.
