I can't imagine KMM would omit the ID of the transaction, since that would be
the only way to find the error.  We also still don't know whether the problem
is with the date format or with the actual date.

mdaleknochenmus - Is the transaction id empty in the error message, or did you
drop it for security?  Can you find the transaction in question in the OFX file
and post the date it seems to be complaining about?  Is it before the account
opening date?
