When I add a budget, my purpose is to follow it and be warned if my expenses
exceed that budget. It would be helpful to see in the ledger, each time I add
an operation in a category for which I defined a monthly budget, the remaining
amount I can still spend in this category according to the budget. This is a
very important feature for my daily usage.
