When comparing the OFX log dumps from either of them, the only difference is that the duplicate OFX log has an extra "<CORRECTACTION>REPLACE" tag in each of the transactions. According to the OFX specification, "<CORRECTACTION>" fields are only present with a preceding "<CORRECTFITID>" field. This is an out of specification field that's being sent by the bank.
