There is a problem with displaying KDE documentation which consists of multiple
docbook files (KMyMoney, Kate, KTurtle, etc.).
As a temporary workaround, please use online help:
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/extragear-office/kmymoney/index.html
or offline PDF:
http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/extragear-office/kmymoney/kmymoney.pdf
