I agree with that but the fact that it's not sufficient is some cases
does not mean that it should not be added as a detection mechanism for
the cases when it can be used. The only question now is that if there
are sufficient use cases to add it (I can always patch my personal
version to have the detection :)).

Totally agreed!! I don't have any idea of how many CSV users there are,
excluding aqbanking.
