Good evening,

I just tried fetching transactions for my credit card, and got an error: "The server failed the authenticity check (ofx.chase.com). The certificate authority's certificate is invalid. The root certificated authority's certificate is not trusted for this purpose." It seems to be the primary certificate from VeriSign that is the problem.

This appears to be the same issue as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=299453. However, that is marked closed/fixed, although I don't really follow the logic.

Has anybody else seen this? Assuming the certificate IS actually valid, is the problem in openssh, kio, ...?

Jack
