Hi Alessandro,
if I remember well then you'll have to enable those tests e.g. with ccmake
(i.e. go to your build directory, call "ccmake .." and edit the config). There
is a parameter KDE4_BUILD_TESTS which needs to be set to ON so that those test
will actually be build for you.
