Is the problem under Windows or Ubuntu? Does the error happen before or after
you click "OK" on the Backup dialog? Is the box "Mount this directory before
backing up" checked? You only need it checked if the backup directory
specified is on a file system that is not already mounted, such as a thumb
drive.
