I configured the fiscal year to start 1 March. However, the budget year stays
as calendar year starting January.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure fiscal year to start 1 March
2.Create new budget and select fiscal year
3.Enter budget figures
Actual Results:
New budget months start January, but should start March based on configured
fiscal year
Budget report only shows figures within a calendar year even when I customise
the dates to run 1 March 2012 to 28 Feb 2013
Expected Results:
I expected to see months starting from March and ending February (following
calendar year)
