Description

A user requested the ability to duplicate the payee field in the memo field -
"On the csv importer we can not use the same column twice, My problem is that
in my bank there is only one column 'Memo' which I use to find the payee. With
the limitation you add I finish having all my imported transactions with out a
memo an this is quite ingoing as information like shop addres are present when
you pay by card. {zaramacam...@gmail.com - 26/11}". He has not since been in
contact, but it seemed like a good idea.
At present, multiple memo fields may be selected, so it became more important
to be able to save these choices in the profile, rather than just the last one
selected, so this also has been added.
In addition, some tabs and trailing spaces have been removed from these source
files.

Several files with different formats, numbers of columns and lines, have been
imported correctly, including having up to four memo columns.
