Steps to Reproduce:
Import OFX file with UTF-8 data.
Actual Results:
Incorrect characters are imported.
Expected Results:
The correct characters are imported.
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.6-gentoo
Compiler: x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
