I am using KDE 4.7.4 (latest) on windows. When i launched Handbook inside
KTurtle, i get this error "The requested help file could not be
parsed:<br/>e:/programs/kde/share/doc/html/en//kturtle/index.docbook"
This is related to this bug.
Please look into it. And tell me how can i resolve this bug, as a user or as a
developer (I am new to KDE but old to C++ etc. and would love to contribute)
