You did not upgrade correctly since the plugins from version 4.5.3 are still
loaded by the 4.6.0 application. Try to uninstall 4.5.3 first before installing
4.6.0. You could also try 4.6.1 instead of 4.6.0 which have a few additional
bugfixes.
