Sort of, yes. D&D used to be supported in the KDE3 version, but it
did get disabled/not ported to KDE4 for some reason I cannot
remember. We need to fix it at some point in time.

In that case the documentation should be patched (diff attached) and
a hint added to the bugreport to enabled the former text in the
details- accounts.docbook after reintroducing this functionality.
Thanks Burkhard. Patch applied. Also made similar change to
details-categories, as this was the actual target of the bug.
