Hi,

The only way to get a patched version is to build the software
yourself or try to convince the KDE on Windows (kde-wind...@kde.org)
developers to add the patch that fixes this bug to the current 4.6.0
release. Another option would be to wait until 4.6.1 will be released
that will also be available on Windows.
