Can you try this: select the report view, open the group '3. Transactions' and therein 'Transactions by Account'. Once you have that, select 'Configure'. Open the 'Account' tab, press 'None' and select the account you want. Then select the 'Date' tab and select 'Today' and press OK. Does this give you the same result? I can't give you the German terms right now, as I don't have the translations installed.
