On importing a file into an account which is not specified in the file, when
the account selection wizard opens, and the account selection drop-down is
used, the dialog box can be dragged to a new position, leaving the drop-down
list still open in its original position.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Select File/Import/(either QIF or CSV), and start the process of importing.
2) Provided the file does not indicate into which account to import, open the
account selection drop-down.
3) Use the mouse to reposition the main wizard.
4) The drop-down doesn't move with it.
Actual Results:
The drop-down doesn't move when the wizard is moved.
Expected Results:
The drop-down should remain attached to the wizard.
