Neither the reports nor the home page use fixed colors. Both use a KHTMLPart,
which takes the color settings from KHTML (eg. Konqueror).
If you want to modify the color, you can change them in the Konqueror settings
dialog. If that does not work, it's a regression. That should have been fixed
in KDE 4.4, but it might have reappeared.
